No. Screen Magic is designed to eliminate scrubbing and rinsing. For most jobs, just apply Screen Magic and move on. On especially dirty screens, brush off the heavy dust and debris first—especially where the screen meets the frame—then apply the product.

No. Do not apply Screen Magic to wet screens. If the screen is wet, the product gets diluted and will not work as well. Let the screen dry first, then treat it.

If the screen is heavily loaded with dirt, pollen, or oxidation, dry-brush the loose buildup first. Many pros also wipe with a microfiber towel after application to even out the finish and quickly catch any spots they missed.

You do not need to remove them. Saturate a microfiber towel with Screen Magic and wipe the screen directly, or spray the towel first and apply it that way. Many pros prefer the microfiber method on fixed screens because it gives great control and keeps the job clean.

Screen Magic uses a blend of emulsions, glossing agents, UV inhibitors, and dust-repelling ingredients that break down dry dust and oxidation so the screen looks clean and rich again. It does more than cover the dirt—it helps dissolve it and leaves a finish that stays looking better longer.

Typically about 4 to 6 months, depending on local dust, weather, and exposure conditions.

Usually about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on heat, humidity, and airflow.

Yes. Normal incidental overspray on plants or grass is not a problem. However, we do not recommend spraying over concrete driveways, asphalt, painted surfaces, or cool-deck style pool coatings, because residue may remain visible on those surfaces.

Yes. That is one of the advantages. It lets you immediately see if you missed an area instead of waiting for it to dry like you would with soap and water.

Yes. It works on standard bug screens, sliding screen doors, solar screens, screen enclosures, and most common screen materials and colors.

No. Screen Magic contains no petroleum distillates and no phosphorus-based ingredients. It is non-flammable, inert, and non-reactive.

About 0.5 ounces per average screen. A single gallon can treat roughly 250 screens, depending on size and soil level.

Once the product is dry—usually 20 to 30 minutes after application—there should be no visible transfer to the glass.

No. Screen Magic does not make the glass hydrophobic or harder to clean. You can still clean the window normally the next time.

Yes. Because most of the dirt is on the outside, many pros place two similarly sized screens back to back and spray both outside faces at once, letting the light blow-through help the inside faces. For security doors and sliding screen doors, a tarp under the work area or a towel-application method keeps things tidy.
